We are currently seeking qualified psychotherapists (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LADC) to join our team. Location: Telehealth office & physical office space in Glastonbury, CT
Job Type: Fee-for-service/part-time (full-time anticipated within 1-2 years)
Compensation: $60-$100/hour (W2) - commensurate with experience & specialty
Job Description:
Our growing private group therapy practice is seeking licensed therapists from all backgrounds to join our compassionate and client-centered team. We are looking for LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LADCs, and other licensed professionals who are passionate about supporting individuals and families on their therapeutic paths.
While a Christian/faith-based background is not required, we would love to welcome therapists who are comfortable incorporating faith into therapy, as we serve a niche population with spiritual needs alongside clients from all walks of life. If you feel called to provide mental health services with or without a spiritual component, we warmly welcome you to apply.
Note: The role is currently virtual with an expected shift to a hybrid model (brick-and-mortar/virtual) within the same timeframe. Part-time hours are available initially (15-20 hours per week), with full-time hours anticipated within 1-2 years as the practice continues to grow. Candidates who are amenable to a minimum of three (3) 5-hour shifts per week will be preferred, ensuring client continuity and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral health concerns
Conduct intake assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic support
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Collaborate with other therapists and administrative staff to provide integrated care
Participate in case consultations and team meetings (virtually or in-person as the practice transitions to a hybrid model)
Optionally integrate faith-based counseling approaches for clients seeking spiritual support in alignment with their values
Help create a safe, inclusive environment for clients from all backgrounds
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Active licensure in good standing as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LADC, or other relevant licensure in Connecticut.
Comfortable working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining documentation and scheduling
Experience providing therapy in individual, couples, or group settings; specialty strongly preferred, though not required
Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records (EHR), such as JaneApp and Zoom
A plus if you are a Christian/faith-based therapist comfortable integrating faith and spirituality into therapeutic work for clients who request it
Commitment to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care
Amenable to a minimum of three (3) 5-hour shifts per week to support client needs
